Spiffy widget test harness

Pick a test case (top right), set the URL/account; the harness renders the matching widget and reloads on switch so the SDK rescans.

• Global params: ?url=, ?account=, ?case=
• Portal — legacy vs generic side by side:
  • ?case=portal&portalType=customer|affiliate&token=<magic_link_token> renders the named <spiffy-portal>
  • add ?type=<flat-type> to render the generic <spiffy-element> instead (same iframe target)
• spiffy-element cases (dropdown) — pick a surface, then append:
  • &ref=<id> for subscription / payment-plan (the item to manage)
  • &token=<magic_link_token> for SSO
